TRAINING OPPORTUNITY - Become a Volunteer Mentor with AfSL

After some experience working with people in the local community to advance sustainability?

Why not become a volunteer mentor and learn more about volunteering and volunteer organisation?

Action for Sustainable Living is aiming to recruit 3 Volunteer Mentors for an exciting new pilot project. Their role will be to help support Local Project Managers in the recruitment, support and supervision of local volunteers. We are particularly keen to involve people who might otherwise find it hard to volunteer. Volunteer Mentors will be working across South Manchester, where our Local Project Managers are most active. Currently we have Local Project Managers in South Manchester and Trafford and are particularly keen to hear from potential volunteers from Trafford.

If you are an enthusiastic, self motivated, effective communicator able to offer 6 hours per week, why not apply for this unique opportunity?
