Description

It is estimated that Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) will be required for about 220,000 buildings per annum, which includes around 15,000 newly constructed buildings. Each year 2.2 million dwellings are sold, including 200,000 newly constructed dwellings, all of which require an EPC. All of these buildings and dwellings will require Energy Assessors, to be trained to undertake the onsite requirements as well as the design based assessment techniques.
